About
An independent guide, not a hotel's own site
KipAtlas does not operate hotels and does not take bookings.
KipAtlas publishes a page for each place to stay: the name, where it is, the photos we have, the guest score from Booking.com, and a short account of who the stay suits. Country, city and theme pages tie those properties together so a reader can move from a country to a city to a single stay.
The first version is in English. Property pages are rendered when someone asks for them and then cached. They are not all generated in one build, which is what makes a catalogue of this size practical to host.
Descriptions written by KipAtlas are checked, where it is easy to tell, against the structured amenity list. A who-it-suits note that claims a pool, a spa or breakfast the amenity list does not include is not shown. Guest scores based on fewer than five reviews are labelled as such.
When you check prices you leave KipAtlas for Booking.com. That link is an affiliate link. The affiliate disclosure and ranking notes explain what that does, and does not, change.
